How to make

The soup can be prepared using a wild or tame rabbit. Soak the meat 6-12 hours in equal parts water and vinegar, then boil it in salted water.

Debone it, add the finely chopped vegetables, pour the broth over it and boil until finished. Shortly before removing the soup from the heat, add the vermicelli and butter.

Thicken with an egg.
