How to make
Knead a smooth dough from the flour, water and a little salt. Divide the dough into 3 balls and flatten them slightly.
Roll out the first ball carefully and coat it with oil. Top with the second ball, roll it out and put oil on again. Finally, put the third ball on and roll it out into a very thin crust.
In one half, distribute the filling of eggs and crumbled feta cheese, mixed together. Wrap it with the second half of the sheet and press the edges down to stick.
Fry the phyllo pastry in the remaining oil on both sides.
