  • pumpkin - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • for sprinkling
  • walnuts - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • biscuits - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1.7 oz (50 g)

How to make

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Roll the pieces in flour and put them in the boiling milk.

Add the sugar and vanilla and cook it over low heat until the pumpkin softens and the milk evaporates.

Remove the boiled pumpkin from the heat, distribute it into separate plates and leave them to cool.
