How to make
Season the fish fillets with salt.
Sprinkle the fish with olive oil and lemon juice.
Beat the egg.
Leave the fish in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan.
Roll the fillets in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the fillets on both sides.
Sprinkle them with black pepper if you like.
Serve them with lemon slices.
