How to make
Put the potatoes in a pot and boil them. Once they are ready, grate them on a fine grater.
In a deep bowl, put the grated potatoes, butter, Parmesan, black pepper, salt and thyme. Mix everything very well.
Roll out the finished dough into a thin crust and cut out the crackers.
In a tray lined with baking paper, arrange the crackers.
Put the tray in the oven, which needs to have been preheated to 340°F (170 degrees).
Bake them until they're ready.
Serve them this way or garnish them with a savory dip if you like.
