"There`s tons of ways of making tasty crackers. Plus it`s not that hard - so roll up your sleeves, don your apron and start preparing these fluffy crackers."

Ingredients

  • margarine - 1 cup (250 g)
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 packet
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • flour - as much as it absorbs
  • eggs - 2 (1 extra yolk for smearing)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Stir together all the ingredients, while adding the flour slowly, a little at a time. You need to get a soft dough.

Tear balls from the dough, roll them well to make them nicely rounded, then pull on them slightly in several spots.

Arrange them in an oiled oven dish. Smear them with a beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
