Ingredients

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 pc.
  • vanilla powder - 2 packets (4 g)
  • water - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer.

Add the glass of water and the flour sifted along with the baking powder and the 2 vanilla packets. Then add the oil.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake it until it's ready in a preheated moderately heated oven.

Once the sponge cake is ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
