How to make
Boil the rice in salted water and strain it well.
Pour it into a bowl, add the strained canned peas, chopped crab sticks and the boiled and peeled and finely chopped eggs.
Add the mayonnaise, as much salt as you desire, olive oil and lemon juice.
Stir, in order to mix all of the products well.
Using a spoon, form three salad balls in a plate, decorate each one with an olive on top and a sprig of parsley and serve it.
