How to make
Beat the butter with both sugars and vanilla until you get a creamy mixture. Add the flour, baking soda and salt, mix well and add the eggs one at a time. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Using a spoon, scoop and form small cookies on a tray with baking paper, leaving some space between them.
Put the American chocolate chip cookies to bake to a nice golden color in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C). Baking takes approximately 10 minutes or a little more.
Allow them to cool before removing them from the paper.
