  • eggs - 5
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • mint - leaves

How to make

Lightly salt the whites of the eggs and whisk into a fluff. Gradually add the grated cheese, black pepper and stir again.

Shape balls from the mixture, crumb them in flour and deep fry them. The balls will increase twice in volume, then remove them from fryer and drain them on paper towels.

Garnish with mint leaves.
