How to make
A delicious vegetarian dish full of flavours - sautéed mushrooms and zucchini.
Cut the onions in half, slice them finely and saute in olive oil.
Cut the mushrooms into cubes and add them to the onions. Pour in a little water and simmer.
Once the mushrooms are almost cooked, add the diced zucchini and season with salt, uni sauce, paprika and black pepper.
Keep simmering, until all the ingredients are cooked. Add finely chopped spearmint and serve.
You can also sprinkle with some finely chopped parsley. Perfect as a vegetarian started or a side dish to a variety of meals.
