How to make

Knead the pizza dough and the difference with the classic one is that here you have to add finely chopped spinach.

Leave it to rise for about 40-45 minutes.

Roll it out onto a floured surface and put it in the round baking tray in which you will bake it.

Grease it and put the crust inside.

Spread the tomato sauce over it, sprinkle with the spices and arrange half of the mozzarella, mushrooms and zucchini. The spinach is scalded in boiling water for a few seconds and then it is also arranged.

Drizzle gently with a little olive oil and salt, but don't overdo it.

Bake the pizza at 430°F (220°C) for about 10 minutes. Once you take it out, put the rest of the mozzarella, put the prosciutto on it and put it back in the oven for another 8 minutes.

The light pizza with spinach, mushrooms and zucchini is ready.

Sprinkle it with chopped basil if you like.
