How to make
The recipe is suitable for when you do not have time, a grill or do not want to smoke up the house.
The mushrooms are washed well, the zucchini are peeled and cut into cubes.
Put them in a bowl and pour the soy sauce over them and season them with salt and black pepper. Arrange them on a party grill and turn them several times until they bake a little and dry up.
Removing them from the grill, drizzle them again with a little soy sauce and a few drops of olive oil.
These great appetizers are served with a homemade yogurt sauce or mayonnaise, if you are not on a diet.
