  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • pickles - 100 g
  • cumin - 1 pinch
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Steam the potatoes. Mash them and season them with salt. Add the cottage cheese and eggs.

Beat everything very well with a fork. Pour the mixture onto baking paper.

I put the pickles in the middle. Add more of the mixture on top.

Roll it up with the baking paper and bake the potato roll in a moderately heated oven until it forms a crispy crust.
