How to make
Put the cleaned lentils to boil in 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of warm water until soft. Strain them, but do not throw away the water.
Heat oil in another container and put the chopped leeks and parsley in to be braised. Season with spices and add the flour, and then boil the lentils. Cover with a lid and shake.
Sauté for another 10 minutes, occasionally adding a little of the lentil broth. Serve the lentils with leeks, seasoned with savory and vinegar.
