How to make
First, boil the beans. 10-15 minutes before taking them off of the heat, add carrots and salt.
Strain them and set them aside to cool.
The larger peppers (about 5-6 pieces) are set aside for stuffing.
Cut the other half into thin strips, to which you need to add diced onions and carrots.
In a bowl, mix the beans and chopped vegetables.
Season them with vinegar, oil and mint. Add salt, if necessary.
Fill the peppers with this mixture, decorate them and serve them with a suitable drink.
