How to make
Thoroughly clean all the vegetables. Cut the carrots into rings, dice the pickles, the roasted peppers - into stripes. Combine all ingredients for the marinade and place them in a pot to boil.
In it, parboil the raw vegetables: first the carrots, for around 15 minutes. Boil the peppers for about 6-7 minutes, the peas for about 7 minutes, the pickles about 3 minutes.
Finally, add the tomato puree. After this, mix well, pour in the boiled beans. Remove the dish from heat and leave the bean salad to sit for a bit so that all the ingredients flavor properly.
Distribute the bean salad into jars and sterilize them for about 20-30 minutes. Optionally, you can add garlic.
