How to make
Cut the cabbage, peppers and green tomatoes, grate the carrots. Mix all the vegetables together, add 1 tbsp salt, a little vinegar and rub the veggies by hand.
Pour enough vinegar to cover the bottom of each jar, add salt, sugar, aspirin.
Put the veggies in the jars, pack them tightly, top off with water and close the caps.
Flip them over every day for 10 days. Then they're ready for consumption.
