How to make
Finely chop the cabbage and grate the carrot.
Saute the finely chopped onion for 3 minutes on medium heat in a large skillet. Then add the raisins and curry powder and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cabbage, carrots, vinegar, salt, sugar and black pepper. Cook while stirring nonstop until the cabbage shrinks in size for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and close with a lid or foil.
Leave for 5-10 minutes. Then add the parsley, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well.
