Ingredients

  • products for the pickling
  • green tomatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • cauliflowers - 1 head
  • peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • carrots - 21 oz (600 g)
  • olives - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • parsley
  • for the marinade
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • oil - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • aspirin - 20 pills
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Cut everything up and pour the pre-boiled and cooled marinade over it.

Leave for 24 hours, mix it up from time to time. Then distribute into jars.
