Ingredients

  • beans - 10.5 oz (300 g) white, brown or red
  • roasted peppers - 7 pcs, large
  • onions - 1 pc. (red, or white)
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • savory

How to make

Cook the beans. Once cooked, strain and transfer into a deep bowl.

Cut the peppers into large pieces. Slice the onion into semi-rounds.

Mix the beans, peppers and onion, and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and savory.

Chill the bean salad in the fridge.

Serve cold.

Note: If the beans are canned, rinse them thoroughly. If you cooked them from scratch, just strain them.
