Ingredients

  • roasted peppers - 7 oz (200 g) red, peeled
  • capers - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • fresh mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • basil - 1 twig (only the leaves)
  • lemon juice - 1/2 lemon (or vinegar - by taste)
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp. (or by taste)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Cut the peppers into thin strips, grate the garlic clove on a fine grater.

Pour about 3-4 tbsp. of olive oil and lemon juice, as much salt as you like and stir.

Cut the mozzarella into slices and arrange it in a circle at the ends of a wide salad plate.

Sprinkle it with olive oil, a little salt and chopped fresh basil leaves.

In the center of the salad place the flavored peppers and capers.
