How to make
Cut the peppers into thin strips, grate the garlic clove on a fine grater.
Pour about 3-4 tbsp. of olive oil and lemon juice, as much salt as you like and stir.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and arrange it in a circle at the ends of a wide salad plate.
Sprinkle it with olive oil, a little salt and chopped fresh basil leaves.
In the center of the salad place the flavored peppers and capers.
