How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into chunks. Pour water over it and put it on to boil and make sure to remove the foam before it boils.
After 20-30 minutes of boiling, add the peeled and chopped onion oil and salt.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Add them to the dish, once the meat softens. Boil them for another 10 minutes.
Mix the flour with a little water and pour it into the dish. Let it boil for another 2-3 minutes. Add the finely chopped fresh parsley and take the dish off of the heat.
