"And as they say, if you have two cup of yogurt, give one to your neighbor to marinate their pork ribs"

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • for the marinade
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup (250 g)
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 level top tsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemons - 1 pc. for decoration

How to make

All of the products for the marinade are mixed into a bowl. Grease each rib well with it and arrange them in a baking tray.

Cover it with aluminum foil and leave them aside for several hours (the more, the better).

Bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for 50 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake them for another 15 minutes at a lower temperature until they have nice color!

Serve the pork ribs with lemon slices!
