How to make
Wash and peel the fruit. Remove their seeds and chop them into small pieces.
Put them in a small saucepan, along with sugar, cinnamon, rum and lemon juice. Cook over low heat until the fruit soup is done.
Turn off the stove and remove the cinnamon. Wait for it to cool and blend it with a blender. Serve and decorate the finished apple and pear soup as you like.
