  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • dried oregano - 1 tsp.
  • lukewarm water - 1 cup

How to make

Wash and clean the parsley, spring onions and garlic.

Pour them into a blender or food processor, add olive oil, vinegar, chili, salt, oregano and blend them.

Then add the water and blend again.

With Chimichurri sauce you can marinate chicken, beef or garnish sandwiches.
