How to make
Boil prunes and peaches in boiling water, peel them and remove their seeds them. Put them in a suitable pan, sprinkle them with plenty of sugar and leave them for about 2 hours.
Cook them over low heat until they thicken and stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Once the marmalade thickens, remove it from the heat.
Pour it into jars after it cools and cover them with parchment paper.
