  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • savory herb
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Clean the potato, peel it with it's raw and grate it on a fine grater. Clean the onion, peel it and finely chop it.

Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, eggs, grated potatoes, soda and spices. Leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Then, with wet hands, form mini meatballs, by scooping from the minced meat with a teaspoon.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the meatballs on top. Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they're fully baked.
