Finely chop the onion and mix it with the minced meat. Add the moistened and drained bread, egg and spices.
Form small balls, in the middle of which place a small piece of processed cheese and smooth it out well on top.
Then roll the meatballs in the breadcrumbs and fry them in very hot oil.
Drain the mini meatballs on a wire rack and serve them with a sauce of your choice and a fresh salad.
