How to make
Pour the yeast into the flour, stir and add as much salt as you like. Pour the milk and water (they need to be lukewarm) and knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise.
Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread it with the stuffing of the crumbled white cheese, 1 egg and the yoghurt.
Grate half of the yellow cheese on top of the stuffing, roll it up and cut it at a distance of about 3 fingers.
Arrange them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and greased with oil. Leave them to rise, spread them with the beaten egg yolk and bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for 30 minutes.
Take out the baking tray and sprinkle them with the remaining yellow cheese and bake again until they're done.
