How to make
Heat half the butter in a pan and sear both sides of the seasoned with salt and black pepper ribs, until golden brown. Transfer into a small baking tray.
Make a paste out of the parsley, spring onions, garlic, rosemary, breadcrumbs and the remaining butter and rub the lamb ribs with it.
Preheat the oven to 460°F (240 degrees) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
