"Delicious Lamb Ribs, ideal for Easter celebrations"

Ingredients

  • lamb ribs - 8 pcs.
  • spring onions - 1 tbsp chopped
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 2 tbsp chopped
  • rosemary - 1 tbsp finely chopped
  • breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • black pepper - ground, to taste

How to make

Heat half the butter in a pan and sear both sides of the seasoned with salt and black pepper ribs, until golden brown. Transfer into a small baking tray.

Make a paste out of the parsley, spring onions, garlic, rosemary, breadcrumbs and the remaining butter and rub the lamb ribs with it.

Preheat the oven to 460°F (240 degrees) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
