"Perfection at home with this homemade Frozen Yogurt with Caramelised Raspberries"

Ingredients

  • greek yogurt - 1 cup, thick
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla sugar - 1/3 tsp.
  • raspberries - 1.8 oz (50 g) or to taste
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • crispy rice cereal (optional, to taste)

How to make

Place the yogurt and honey in a blender. Mix the vanilla sugar and lemon juice and add them to the yogurt. Wash the raspberries and place them on a sheet of baking paper or a marble surface. Prepare the caramel by melting the sugar in a small pot or a pan. Once the sugar melts pour it over the rasberries.

Allow the caramelized raspberries to cool. There are two ways to add them to the frozen yogurt.

1. You can add them to the rest of the ingredients and blend, until smooth.

2. You can blend the yogurt mix and add the raspberries later, lightly pounded.

Once you have added the caramelised raspberries, add the rice cereal, as well. Mix well with a spatula. Pour the frozen yogurt mix into molds and freeze them.
