  • raspberries - 7 oz (200 g) fresh or frozen
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • rum - 2 tbsp.
  • gelatin - 1/2 tbsp.

How to make

The fresh or frozen raspberries are mashed and put on a moderately heated hob along with the sugar and rum.
