How to make
Boil the beetroot, peel it, grate it on a medium sized grater and squeeze 2 tsp. juice.
Also squeeze juice from half a lemon.
Pour powdered sugar into a bowl, add beetroot juice and mix.
Then, with the help of a teaspoon, add a little of the lemon juice and mix with a spoon until you get the necessary thickness of the glaze that you want to get.
If desired, add a few drops of essence for a more pleasant aroma for your pink glaze for pastries and muffins.
