  • egg whites - 3.2 oz (90 g) or 3 pcs.
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb (450 g)
  • lemon juice - 5 - 7 drops

How to make

Separate the egg whites, pass them through a strainer and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.

Take the egg whites out the next day and put them in the food processor. Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Turn on medium speed and beat 15 minutes or until soft peaks form.

The glaze is suitable for cake decoration, pastries, biscuits and gingerbread.
