"Heres how to make delicious and healthy oatmeal breakfast bars at home. You only need a little time and desire"

Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • honey - 6 - 7 tbsp.
  • coconut oil - 4 oz (115 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • vanilla
  • quality dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • raspberries - 3.5 oz (100 g), frozen or fresh

How to make

Mix all of the ingredients in a deep bowl using a wooden spoon.

Pour the mixture in a baking pan covered with baking paper and press it down to distribute everything well and so it become one thickness.

Bake for about 35 minutes or until it aquires a golden color in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven.

Allow it to cool completely and then cut it. I didn't wait, so it fell apart a little.
