Ingredients

  • beef minced meat - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • old bread - 5 - 6 slices
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sparkling water - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 1 tbsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • onion - 2 onions
  • black pepper
  • salt - by taste

How to make

First defrost the minced meat. Then the bread is crumbled in the minced meat. Add the eggs, sparkling water, soda, cumin, black pepper and salt by taste.

Grate the onion and add it to the minced meat as well. All this is mixed well and left to sit for about 5-6 hours.

Put oil in a pan and heat it up. Meatballs are formed out of the minced meat. Roll them in flour before frying them.

Fry the beef meatballs until ready and serve them with a suitable garnish - a green salad or mashed potatoes.
