Ingredients

  • figs - 10 pcs, large
  • blue cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • walnuts
  • balsamic vinegar
  • ham - 10 slices

How to make

Wash and clean the figs. Cut a cross on each fig and gently squeeze them open with your fingers.

Cut the blue cheese into small pieces.

Fill each fig with the blue cheese.

Roll a slice of ham along the bottom of each fig. Use toothpicks to keep ham from unfolding.

Sprinkle each fig with crushed walnuts.

Arrange them in a baking tray.

Drizzle wit balsamic vinegar and bake in a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes.

Allow them to cool and serve!
