Ingredients

  • pork fillet - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • lard - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • mushrooms - 1.5 oz (50 g)
  • bacon - 2 tbsp (30 g) salted
  • wine - 2 tsp (10 ml)
  • eggs - 1
  • starch - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the meat thinly. Immerse it in hot oil and arrange it. Place the boiled mushrooms on top, with a piece of bacon on top of them.

Pour a little water over the thus arranged fillets and roast in the oven. Once they turn pink in the oil, add the starch, diluted with wine and a little water.

Once the sauce comes to a boil, blend it and serve it separately.
