How to make
Clean the garlic and parsley. Put them in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Press them, add another 2 tbsp. of olive oil and mix.
Put the tagliatelle to boil in salted water with 1 tsp. of oil.
Meanwhile, prepare the meat. Cut it into thicker fillets and season it with black pepper and salt.
Sear it in a greased grill pan on both sides. Strain the cooked tagliatelle from the water and mix them with 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
Put 1 tbsp. of the garlic paste on each grilled fillet and serve them with the prepared tagliatelle.
The pork fillet with garlic paste and tagliatelle is ready.
