  • white wine - 1 cup

How to make

In a pan, first fry the onion and garlic until they are caramelized. Take them out and blend them.

In the same fat cook the pork, which you have previously salted and sprinkled with black pepper.

Transfer the meat into a pressure cooker. Add the onions and white wine.

Wait 5 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and pour 1 1/2 of the orange juice + 1 cup of water. Leave it for 30 minutes.
