How to make
Cut the hot peppers into small pieces. Cut the onions and garlic. Grate the tomatoes and peel the cucumbers. Cut them into cubes.
Soak the bread in 2 cups of cold water. Pour the oil in a thin stream and put the chopped vegetables inside. Leave the soup in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Season it with salt. Sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley, add ice cubes and serve.
