  • fish - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • parsley - 2 bunches
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • olives - 7 - 8 pcs.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The fish is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces and is then salted, sprinkled with black pepper and left to sit for 1 hour.

The fish is then stewed along with the garlic (cut into small circles) in preheated fat.

Pour water over it and boil for about 15 minutes. Carefully take it out and place it on a plate. Sprinkle it with a little lemon juice and season with paprika and chopped parsley.

The dish is served with lemon slices and olives.
