How to make
Cut the shark into slices, which are about 3 cm thick. Wash them well. Salt each one of the pieces.
Sprinkle each one with a little black pepper. Arrange them in a bowl. Squeeze 1 lemon. Pour the lemon juice inside. Wash 4-5 sprigs of parsley with the sprigs and put them inside.
Add cold water to cover the pieces. Wrap the fish with foil and leave it for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Beat 1 egg in a bowl with 1/6 tsp. milk. Put the flour in a plate.
Dry the pieces with a towel and roll them first in the flour and then in the egg mixture. During this time, heat oil for frying. Bread all the pieces and fry them in the heated oil on both sides.
After frying them, strain them on a napkin. Put the breaded fish on a plate. Cut the other 1/2 lemon into semicircles and put them on the side.
