Ingredients

  • kefir - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chives - 1 bunch
  • lemon juice - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • whipped cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • white pepper
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • dijon mustard - on the tip of a knife
  • vinegar - 1/2 tbsp. white wine

How to make

Pour the kefir and cream into a bowl and mix them. Add the vinegar, mustard and lemon juice, beat until you get a nice smooth cream.

Season the mixture with pepper and sugar. Wash the chives well and cut them into thin strips. Add to the dressing, stir and serve.

The sauce is suitable for flavouring salads with sausages, boiled beef, salads with cucumbers.
