How to make
The dock, chives and beef soup is all you need today!
Clean the chives and dock, wash them and cut the stems off.
Fry the finely chopped onion and beef in olive oil. After ten minutes of stewing, add the chopped dock and chives. Leave them to fry for 5 minutes and add the finely chopped carrots and garlic and add water to the beef soup.
Add the cube of vegetable broth to the water and let the spring soup boil for about 40 minutes.
Serve the dock soup while it is hot.
