How to make
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
The ham is cut into cubes.
Crack the eggs in a bowl, stir and add the milk, salt and chopped ham. Mix everything very well with a whisk.
The finished mixture is poured into the pan and cooked over low heat.
Stir from time to time, and when they are a bit coagulated, sprinkle with the feta and cottage cheese.
Stir again 1-2 times and then remove from the heat.
The finished dish is divided into two plates and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
