How to make
With 4 eggs and 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) of butter make scrambled eggs. Once cool, chop them finely.
Soak chopped bun in milk, crush it a little, add chopped scrambled eggs, finely chopped parsley, 2 beaten eggs.
Heat butter, cream, pepper, salt and pour the mixture into a greased fireproof container with butter and bake. Serve immediately.
