  • duck hearts - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • balsamic vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 1
  • soya sauce

How to make

The duck hearts need to be thawed if necessary, cleaned of blood and dried. Fry in highly heated butter.

After about 4 minutes, add the finely chopped vegetables, soya sauce, balsamic vinegar and spices.

Stew until the vegetables are tender.
