  • shrimp - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 6 cloves (crushed)
  • butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley - 2 tbsp. (finely chopped)

How to make

Clean the shrimp. Heat olive oil and fry the garlic and stir it until it softens.

Add the shrimp and fry them until they start to change their color and are almost done.

Then add the butter and lemon juice until the shrimp are completely cooked.

Take them out and roll them in finely chopped parsley.
